Camp Cancelation Policy

Teams may cancel their camp reservation without penalty up through March 1st. After this date, the cancellation fees below will apply, which are based on the size of your team. This fee is to support staffing, facility, and food & beverage arrangements that are made based on your team's reservation. Cancellations made after May 1 will be charged double the cancellation fee as expenses will have already been paid on behalf of your team.
